The 2020 13th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI 2020) will be held from 19 - 21 October 2020, in Yantai, China. CISP-BMEI 2020 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state-of-the-art of multimedia, signal processing, biomedical engineering and informatics and to discuss future research challenges.

Yantai is located in the northeast of the Shandong Province. It is bordered by both the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, and lies across from South Korea and Japan. Although Yantai is not a metropolis like Beijing and Shanghai, it has its own unique charm.Although Yantai is located in North China, monsoons regulate the climate, keeping it warm and humid. The average annual temperature is 11.8C (53.24F). Fruits and vegetables are plentiful in Yantai, and the long coastline and over 60 islands make the area ideal for any seafood connoisseur - sea-cucumbers, abalones, scallops, crabs and prawns, are all easily available. Yantai's earth is rich with resources as well - its gold reserve, in particular, has the highest output in China.

Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, i.e., EI Compendex, SCOPUS, and CPCI (ISTP), etc. (All CISP-BMEI 2008-2018 papers have already been indexed by EI Compendex and included in IEEE Xplore). Substantially extended versions of best papers will be considered for publication in a CISP-BMEI special issue of a SCI-indexed journal.

Submission Deadline 30 July 2020 Review Decision Notification 30 August 2020 Author Registration and Final Paper Submission 30 September 2020
